Querrel is a product operated by THIBEAUT SYSTEMS, based in France. For questions about these terms, waitlist access, or the website, contact contact@querrel.com. These terms do not publish a postal address; email is the support and legal-contact channel for this pre-launch website.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, or submit information that is fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful.

You must not:

• probe, scan, or test the security of the website or its supporting services;
• introduce malware, automated abuse, or requests that unreasonably burden the website;

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access to Querrel, or create a promise that a product or feature will launch. We may contact you with updates related to Querrel. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting contact@querrel.com.

Waitlist communications are informational and may include product news, launch timing, or requests for feedback. They are not a purchase, subscription to a paid service, employment offer, or promise of a commercial relationship.

We may limit, reject, or remove a waitlist submission when we reasonably believe it is automated, abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in breach of these terms. We may also stop sending communications if an address repeatedly bounces or cannot receive them.

Content and intellectual property

The Querrel name, visual identity, website content, software, and related materials belong to THIBEAUT SYSTEMS or its licensors unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Querrel materials without permission.

The website may contain names, logos, or materials belonging to other organisations. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use them beyond ordinary browsing and lawful reference.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, comments, or other feedback about Querrel, you allow us to use it to improve the product and website without compensation or confidentiality obligations, unless we separately agree otherwise. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.

Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including the service used to manage the waitlist. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The current waitlist submission endpoint is provided through Interface Office. Your use of that service through the Querrel website is also subject to the disclosures in our Privacy policy and any terms published by the provider.

Information submitted through the waitlist is handled according to our Privacy policy. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described there.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting those websites is your responsibility, and you should review their terms before using them.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time.
