Privacy policy
How Querrel handles information submitted through the website and waitlist.
Last updated July 28, 2026
Who is responsible
Querrel is operated by THIBEAUT SYSTEMS, based in France. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@querrel.com.
Legal information
The service operator is THIBEAUT SYSTEMS, based in France. For legal, privacy, or deletion requests, write to contact@querrel.com. This policy does not publish a postal address; the contact email is the appropriate channel for privacy requests.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the public Querrel website, the product waitlist, and communications sent because you joined that waitlist. It does not apply to services, websites, or applications operated by third parties that we link to. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms.
What we collect
The current Querrel website offers a waitlist. When you join it, we collect the email address you provide and the information needed to prevent automated or abusive submissions. We do not ask for more personal information than is needed for that purpose.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website or process a request, such as a timestamp, browser or device information, and network information handled by our hosting or subscription providers. We do not use the waitlist form to intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to:
- send product news and launch updates you requested;
- manage and respond to subscription requests; and
- protect the form from spam and abuse.
Legal basis
By submitting your email address, you ask us to add you to the waitlist and send you launch communications. We process that request to provide the updates you asked for. Where applicable law requires a separate consent for electronic marketing, we will obtain that consent before sending those communications. You can withdraw your request at any time by contacting us. We may also process limited information when it is necessary to secure the website, prevent abuse, comply with a legal obligation, or establish and defend legal claims.
Service providers
Waitlist submissions are sent to Interface Office, the subscription endpoint currently used by Querrel. You can learn more about that service at interfaceoffice.com. We do not sell your personal information.
We may use other providers for hosting, website delivery, security, email delivery, or basic operational support. We only ask providers to process information for documented business purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards. We do not make your waitlist email public. Provider-specific retention and transfer terms may also apply.
Retention
We keep waitlist information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the waitlist, communicate launch updates, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time.
When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove or suppress your address from active waitlist communications within a reasonable period. We may retain a minimal record of a suppression request or information required by law so that we do not contact you again and can demonstrate compliance.
Unsubscribe and deletion
You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing contact@querrel.com with the address you used to subscribe. We will stop active waitlist communications and process the request within a reasonable period. If a future email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that link instead.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current public site does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing information. If we introduce analytics, non-essential cookies, or other tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law before using them.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries outside France or the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we will use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. Contact us if you want more information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, French and European data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, as well as the right to data portability. To make a request, email contact@querrel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country, including the CNIL in France.
To help us respond, send your request from the email address used for the waitlist or include enough information for us to identify the relevant subscription. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against accidental loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that requires notification, we will follow our obligations under applicable law.
Children
The waitlist is not directed at children. Please do not submit personal information if you are not old enough to consent to its processing under the law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update this policy as Querrel develops. We will publish the latest version on this page and update the date at the top.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question about this policy or believe your information has been handled incorrectly, contact us first at contact@querrel.com. We will review the request and respond under the timelines required by applicable law.
